This will be my third nose revision surgery now.. I am going into surgery soon.. I have already set the date, but I am so scared. I cannot leave it as it is because my columella is pulled in too much, so I have no choice but to do it. I decided to take the risk and do it again, but honestly I kind of want to go back to the beginning ^^ I have also suffered from inflammation before.. This time I am also worried about how to manage the inflammation.. If you have any pre- and post-op care tips, please share them
