I had nose surgery, and because of the swelling, even when I try to go for a walk, it feels like my nose shakes every time I walk and it is uncomfortable, so I can’t walk.. Even at home I drag my feet around lol I also have severe anxiety, so that may be part of it, but after getting your nose done, is walking okay for you all?
