The swelling around my cheekbones and eyes has mostly gone down, so they are now clearly palpable. The swelling around my eyes has moved down into my deep buccal area. If I take a side photo, it really looks depressing T_T. I guess the swelling is gradually moving downward, so I am trying to brainwash myself with that thought... I was not the type to have severe swelling or bleeding, but bruises tend to stay a long time for me anyway, so the bruising around my jaw has barely faded. The hospital also said mine tends to last a bit longer, but I think I will have to watch it until next week. Yesterday I ate beef for the first time, and although it is still a little hard, it is edible. After the surgery, I felt surprisingly fine, so I ran around everywhere and then got hit with a triple attack of a cold, gastroenteritis, and gastritis. I need to be more careful. Now that the swelling is going down, the long philtrum and the protruding part keep showing, which bothers me. I should go look into other hospitals more quickly T_T!
