There was pus beside the columella that looked like it would pop if I squeezed it, but I took antibiotics right away, and when I woke up the next day it had burst and then formed a scab that soon came off. I really thought it was an infection, so I remember feeling miserable about it all day T_T Everyone, be careful not to get an infection!! Especially around the side of the columella.
