It has been a month and a half since the surgery. I already had both of the 2 radiofrequency sessions provided by the hospital, but the back of my upper arm is still extremely hard, and the front side has a boundary line like the muscle is splitting? Even tying my hair is still uncomfortable, and on one side, in certain positions, I still have pain that feels like it could tear. I asked the hospital too, and they just say I am still in the recovery stage. My friends around me who had arm lipo said that after a month or so, they mostly just went back to their original arms, but even though it has been a month and a half for me, only the swelling has gone down and I do not feel like my arm itself has returned to normal at all... I keep stretching and massaging, and they say gua sha is good, so I do that too, but after doing it, if I stay still at night there is a faint pain, and nothing hard seems to loosen up. For people who had arm lipo, when did your arms go back to normal? Ugh, this is so stressful.
