It's day 3 after my nose surgery, and the swelling has gathered around my cheeks and eyes, so my double eyelids are gone T_T My mouth was already thick, and now it has swollen too, so I look ridiculously like a mudskipper. I can already see bruises starting to appear, but how am I supposed to get this swelling down? I've been icing a lot, and I'm not eating anything spicy or salty on purpose, and I'm sleeping while sitting up, but there's no sign of the swelling going down. They said I shouldn't walk right after surgery, so I'm only walking a little, and they also said I shouldn't take swelling medicine or drinks right away, so I've been holding back T_T Please, can someone tell me how to reduce the swelling quickly..
