Today is day 6 after the first upper-body front-surface liposuction.. Until yesterday, everything was still really hard, from lying down and getting up, to going to the bathroom, to putting on and taking off the compression garment, and everything else. But after a solid sleep today, the bruising has clearly decreased and the pain has gone down quite a bit, so going to the bathroom became much easier lolMy abdomen is still tightly lumped up and it hurts when anything brushes against it, but I hear this can last for months anyway... After eating, my stomach bulges back out, but if I manage my diet properly and the visceral fat and swelling go down, I should get slimmer, right? lollAnd I have had several cosmetic procedures before, but this time the swelling mist and bruise cream the hospital gave me seem to work really well, so I strongly recommend them!! Is it okay to write that here?? I am going to keep ordering these until the third surgery ends and use them generously hehe
