Hello. It has been 2 weeks since my nose revision surgery. I had nose surgery before, and it looked higher than I expected, so I wanted to communicate with the doctor, but things were not smooth, so I had an early removal at another hospital. After that, my nose became a bit shorter and asymmetry appeared. My original nose was already a bit high and, strictly speaking, a long nose, but after the early removal the surgery went wrong (there’s another story as well), so the side view was okay, but from the front there was asymmetry and the columella became a little shorter. That stressed me out so much that I decided to only bring the columella down a little and raise the nose just a little, to correct the asymmetry.. But they made the nose absurdly long, even longer than my original nose, as if they were correcting a contracted nose. It was a nose surgery I had worried about for years, and I’m honestly having such a hard time. The nose looks way too long, from the front and from the side.. Is this really something that can just be fixed by waiting? The hospital only says to wait, and instead of just bringing the columella down a little, it looks like they made the nostrils completely invisible. I had it done at a university hospital. I’m having such a hard time. What I really want to ask is: once the swelling goes down, does it become shorter? Doesn’t the nose normally come down as the swelling subsides? And the third and fourth photos are my nose from when I had my first surgery. That was the nose I had at that time. From the side, by my standards, it looked a little high, but from the front it was the first-surgery nose photo that I really liked. I requested it exactly like those photos, and I went for consultations more than 10 times and explained and emphasized it countless times, but it turned out so different. It’s so long. The fifth photo is my nose right before this surgery.

It was my first visit, and I was about 3 minutes late because I couldn’t find the way and was wandering around, but they welcomed me kindly, which was nice (though I guess if you’re too late, the reservation gets canceled). Both the doctor

I chose this clinic because it was famous for painless surgery, and I needed to go right back to work. Compared to my friends, it’s not that I’m not pretty, but I didn’t listen when they told me not to wear a bra that presses on the…

Hmm, both the coordinator and the doctor didn’t feel especially professional or detailed in how they explained things. It felt more like they were explaining things you’d know if you had already looked them up a bit? When I asked the…
