Before, I always felt dissatisfied with my side profile, but after revision nose surgery and fat grafting, I’ve been worrying much less about angles, whether from the front or the side :) Both the nose and the fat look natural and don’t feel overdone, so they suit my face really well, which makes me even more satisfied. And as the swelling went down and everything settled, the line seems to have gotten even prettier. Especially the part that worried me most, the reddish tip showing through and the sharp line, now seems to have come out nicely as a rounder line. The autologous costal cartilage area has also had no problems so far! Plastic surgery really does feel like a battle with time.
