3-month review of hump nose non-implant surgery (autologous cartilage) I got it done by Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery, and it was a non-implant procedure (ear cartilage). The big swelling and all the residual swelling have definitely gone down, and it looks natural now. The big scar is also gone, and unless I say something, no one can tell.. People who like dramatic noses or noses that obviously look operated on might not get it, but I really prefer a nose that looks like my own, one that doesn't show, and a natural nose, so I'm extremely satisfied. It looks like I was just born with a naturally high bridge... While I was resting, when I told people I had nose surgery, they all asked where I got it done and what I had done.... They all complimented me saying it looks exactly like my own nose.. There is a big difference if you compare before and after! The material matters too, but the non-implant option corrected mine really well, so I totally recommend it. If, like me, you prefer natural results and are scared of implants so want a non-implant surgery, definitely look into it.
