Nose Re-Surgery

(Looking for advice) Should I go for removal or revision surgery..

Hello, first of all, photo 1 is the current result, and photos 2/3 are my nose before surgery. I had surgery with 2.8 mm silicone + ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and I’m currently considering removal or revision because my columella has disappeared, the overall look is unnatural, the nose is excessively high for my small chin by my standards, and there is an issue with the tip cartilage showing through... The dorsal hump has already been shaved down, so I think it would be hard to preserve it, and my need is just to go back to my original nose Simple removal would probably feel the most reassuring, so I’m drawn to that, but I already have a short nose, so I’m worried the skin will contract as much as the silicone and cartilage that are removed and it will end up lifting like a pig nose.. If I do revision surgery, I definitely don’t want to use silicone again, and I’m thinking of keeping it as conservative as possible: a 2 mm Megaderm dorsal line + reusing only part of the ear cartilage to match the bridge, then covering it with Megaderm to reduce visibility!! If anyone has had a similar case or is currently debating this, I’d really appreciate your advice I’m truly desperate... I currently have consultations booked with Between, Jeongseok, Deuhada, 431, and Mint. I’d also be grateful for recommendations of doctors who pursue a natural nose... I don’t want a factory-style nose at all. I want a nose that is so natural no one can tell I had surgery and that harmonizes with my face. I never want nose surgery again; this is so hard..
