Can I walk in and wait at a plastic surgery clinic, and is a consultation possible?

I’m planning to get rhinoplasty soon.. Until now, I’ve made appointments every time and gone around to different plastic surgery clinics, but the available dates are all different, so I’m getting a bit exhaustedㅠㅠㅠ.. Would it be possible to set aside one day and do walk-in waiting consultations at plastic surgery clinics? Has anyone tried this,, Also, I’d appreciate recommendations for plastic surgery clinics that have been open for a while (with experienced doctors), pursue a natural look, and prioritize safety..!
