When I open my eyes I have to use a lot of forehead muscle, and people often tell me my eyes look really puffy.. It's a bit annoying, so I'm thinking of getting plastic surgery this time. What surgery would you recommend? I live in Daejeon for now, and I don't think I'll go to the Seoul area.. I want it to look natural, not too heavy or artificial.
