My nasal tip was round and blunt, so I really wanted to at least improve that part, and I ended up reading tons of reviews with good aesthetic sense.. In the end, after consultations I decided to have surgery at B.XX, and I don’t need osteotomy; I’m going to smooth down the dorsal hump and do alar reduction at the same time. They say a bulbous nose is hard to improve all at once, but I really hope this will be my first and last surgery lol I’m a bit worried because my skin is on the thicker side.
