I had nose surgery with [Clinic A] and [Doctor A] three years ago, and overall I have been living with it feeling just okay and fairly satisfied.. but a few things keep bothering me 1) It feels like the left osteotomy was not fully done. When light hits it, the left side reflects in an S shape. 2) The columella is slightly asymmetrical, so from the front the nostrils look uneven. 3) I think it would look more natural if the tip were lowered just a little more than it is now. There are no major side effects or functional problems, but those details keep bothering me. In a case like this, would it be better to go back to the [Doctor A] who did the original surgery and get a consultation again, or should I get a revision consultation at another hospital? Revision surgery is also much more expensive than I expected.. I guess the nose really does not succeed on the first try.. Has anyone had revision surgery just to refine the details like me, even though there were no major problems?
