After full removal at [Clinic A], even with an auricular cartilage perichondrial graft, there's still a dent;

I've only been lurking in this community, but I'm so frustrated and overwhelmed that this is my first post... I had the full removal done at [Clinic A], and the silicone was almost protruding with visible redness, so I had it removed quickly. The inner skin had already been pierced? and there was a situation where protrusion was suspected, so they said they would use auricular cartilage perichondrium to prevent the area from sinking in as much as possible, and they also said the redness at the nasal tip where the silicone was present could keep looking that way for a while. But... it's been one month now, and since about the week before last, a hollow dent started to appear at the nasal tip above the columella after the silicone was removed. It's visible to the naked eye, to the point that other people can see it. I was shocked, so I sent photos right away and asked in the chat room whether this was a stage of improvement, and the phone response was very skeptical. They said they would have to watch the progress, but that because the silicone had been large and the inflammation was severe, I might eventually need filler or some additional cosmetic correction later...? But I paid extra and went ahead with surgery specifically to get cosmetic reinforcement with auricular cartilage perichondrium because they said it would prevent sinking in... During the consultation, the director even showed me before-and-after photos of a person from another hospital who had only had removal but had a much worse dent at the nasal tip, and they were neatly reinforced. That was why they explained the need for auricular cartilage perichondrial grafting... I followed the recommendation and had both removal and reinforcement, so shouldn't there be no dent...? In the photos they showed me, the before state was even worse than mine, and the hospital website even has after photos of a case where silicone had actually broken through the skin, and it was neatly reinforced using the same surgical method as mine... I honestly cannot understand in my head how my surgery turned out worse than people whose symptoms were much more severe than mine, and it's driving me crazy. The manager who called to explain over the phone was defensive, and in the end the conclusion was that it must be because my inflammation had been so severe... It was lucky that capsular contracture and inflammation did not occur? From the start, the auricular cartilage perichondrial graft was for cosmetic reasons anyway, and I paid extra for it... But now they say that if I had not had the graft, it would probably have been worse, and that I should look for another method such as filler in two months...? I just do not really understand...? And because the conversation got long, they suddenly asked, "Then shall we schedule a consultation in one month for follow-up?" When I said, "Then what meaning does that have?" they said it was just because I was anxious. So I said that whether it is one month or two months, if there is no action for this problem, it is meaningless, so I would just come in for a consultation at the two-month mark. They said it might just be visible to me, but no, it really is not. Even my husband is asking worriedly whether the sunken part will come back like new flesh growing back... Also, below the dent, the columella is bulging in just that spot, as if it is scar tissue or something. I sent that photo too at the time, but they answered in a way that suggested they could not tell from the photo, so this time I took a new picture and marked the bulging area precisely with a red line, and sent it again by chat today. I am worried whether this is because the auricular cartilage perichondrial graft was not placed well, or whether it is some separate issue if not... There are a few other things that worry me too. Compared with before, the columellar scar is much more visible, and along the line where the sutures were handled inside the nose, I can feel a raised, scar-like bump. Will this also go back...? I left another message by chat today to vent, but I think the pre-op explanation about this dent was also a little too light. They said they explained everything, but what I heard was mainly the bridge irregularity, redness at the nasal tip, and the alar cartilage or nostril asymmetry (I have almost all of those now, but I was informed about those and accepted them, so it's fine)... I never imagined that even after grafting to prevent sinking, the result would be a hollow dent....... They had shown me grafted after photos that looked completely clean with no trace at all....... But from the replies here, it seems like there is nothing they will really do, and that they already explained everything and there is nothing they can do. Is that really right...? Even after paying extra... It was supposed to make me return to my natural nose shape, so I even had reinforcement done, but why is this happening, and why is there no explanation of any corrective step or any other reinforcement they could provide...? I watched YouTube too and went because I really trusted them and they were well-known, and I am grateful that the capsular contracture and inflammation have not become severe yet. But if I paid extra and also had auricular cartilage perichondrial grafting based on their natural recommendation, is this really okay...? If I had ignored the advice and not had the graft, I would not even feel this wronged. The price was outrageously high, and I even used money that should have gone toward household expenses, so I do not regret it, and half of it was paid with my husband's help... Still... I thought maybe this could improve, so I tried to stay positive, but day by day the shadow seems clearer and I keep feeling like it is sinking in more and more, and it does not seem like it is just my imagination... T_T This is something I need to discuss in detail with the director, but are there any people with the same case who had it reinforced well.....??? I hear dermal injections are absorbed, but if anyone has recovered a dent like this with filler or anything else, I would really appreciate hearing the method and price range... T_T I already had the perichondrial graft, so it feels awful that the only answer may be to open the nose again and do dermal reinforcement... If anyone can offer advice, I would be grateful... For people with cases like mine, even if it is a well-known hospital for removal, I recommend thinking it over once more, or at least paying a bit more for CT and visiting at least four places. I was in a hurry so I went ahead right away... I recommend having a deeper consultation. I still trusted them, but the shock has not gone away, and they will probably say the hospital is not responsible, and I keep... struggling every time I look in the mirror...
