My full reduction surgery is scheduled for next week, but in Plan 2 they said they would lower the columella with costal cartilage? There isn't much information about the columella area, so if anyone has had columella lowering... or has had septorhinoplasty.. please give me some advice! If the columella is lowered, does that also mean I need to be careful about keeping my smile fixed, and do I have to live extra cautiously with that too? I would also like to know about the surgery method, side effects, and drawbacks T_T
