Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

If it’s been one month after epicanthoplasty, does that shape just stay the same?

It’s been over 44 days since I had surgery, changing from non-incisional double eyelid surgery to an incisional method. During this revision surgery, I also had upper epicanthoplasty, and on top of that, the crease is a large outfold line, so my impression looks older and sharper. And it definitely seems much more opened up than before. If it looks like this at this point, will the widened space in the inner corners stay the same even as time passes?! Or can it attach a little inward again?? I’m devastated because of the sausage-like swelling, but now I’m so upset because of the epicanthoplasty too.. I keep ending up writing posts because it’s so hard, and I need to writeㅠ When I sleep, my chest feels tight, I have nightmares, and the stress is so severeㅠ

Incision is one thing, but I really hope friends who are considering epicanthoplasty think carefully.. As time passes, the crease may get lower, or having revision surgery to lower it again is stressful too, but... Epicanthoplasty really feels like a huge gamble when trying to find someone who can make it look natural, and it seems difficult to reverseㅠ When I look at old photos of myself, even though I had a little Mongolian fold and a wide glabella, my eyes themselves were so pretty.. Natural is best, and I’m regretting every day that I should have loved myself a little more..
