Custom implants don't seem bad. There is an extra cost and manufacturing time, so you have to factor that in and schedule the surgery date, which is inconvenient, but it's still manageable. There was no step-off on the nasal bridge, and it didn't look too thick or overly wide.. It seems to have matched my taste. I also thought the straight line from ALU wasn't bad, so I went ahead and got it, and even considering the cost, it feels like it turned out well on the first try, so for now I'm satisfied. There's nothing I can do about having an empty wallet. For people with a severe hump, I personally think custom implants might not be a bad option either.
