Nose Re-Surgery

Debating ALU and 431

This is a nose revision, and 431 seems too natural... In the first place, I have a naturally upturned nose, and I have been maintaining it with L-shaped silicone for 11 to 12 years (there is no contracture, but it has become a bit shorter and the bridge is too high), so I am not sure whether it is okay to support the tip with ear cartilage alone... They said there would be no problem there, but the reviews make it seem so natural that I am a bit conflicted. ALU was the most expensive, and it felt like they generally leave the design up to the patient a bit. First, they asked me to show photos of the nose I wanted, and during the consultation they asked my opinion on most of the design, such as the starting point of the bridge, and explained whether it was possible. My aesthetic impression was a little better than 431, but they did recommend surgery quite a lot. They suggested jaw surgery, full-face fat grafting, and aristocratic surgery, etc. Here they suggested using costal cartilage. Setting price aside, my top priority is changing the nose shape (lowering the bridge starting point + lowering the nostrils + correcting the nasolabial angle), and my second need is having it last a long time without revision surgery. Has anyone been to both clinics? Or can you recommend a clinic for revision surgery... T_T
