It's a man's nose. I was told it's a bulbous nose that needs osteotomy, and I got a quote for that. Silicone is about 1 to 2 mm / osteotomy needed (the bridge is too wide and spread out). They said the tip material could be either autologous costal cartilage or donor rib cartilage, and both would be fine. Has anyone had nasal osteotomy at [Clinic A], [Clinic B], or [Clinic C]? I mean male patients.
