This place just feels exactly like a factory-style large dermatology clinic. A system that pushes patients through very quickly and mechanically. Because of that, every time I go, there are always tons of people, and even with a reservation, there is some waiting.
Still, the managers who do the consultation are generally kind, which I like. I got jaw Botox here about three times, and so far I have never had any side effects. Honestly, unless the person giving the Botox is truly terrible, I think the best thing is just getting it for a low price. So I kept coming here purely for the value. Rather than expecting amazing service, it seems like a good place if you just want to get it done cheaply and quickly.
