Review of Icontac from this community

Consultation for revision surgery for an overly dramatic out-line, sausage-like eyes. Overall, they said the line should be lowered by about 1 to 1.5 mm and that a partial double-line technique should be used. They said the line at the inner corner should be lowered so I should go for a more natural semi-out style instead of what I want, since my personal preference is for glamorous eyes. They said if I did an in-out style, it would turn into a hidden double eyelid and come out differently from what I want. When I said I also wanted a back-and-under canthoplasty, they said it would be fine as long as there is enough space. They said the partial double-line technique would probably leave me with very little scarring, though I don't know why. They said glamorous eyes would suit me, so I was grateful... Also, they were extremely kind and consulted very actively. They told me to ask anything I wanted, and answered everything kindly. The staff seemed nice too. I wanted to see the post-op photos, so they showed me more. There is swelling-laser treatment after surgery, and revision surgery is possible for up to 2 years. They said I would also need eye-muscle correction. Honestly, I didn't really want to do that, but I guess there must be a reason... Eye-muscle correction, partial double-line, and back-and-under canthoplasty came to 6 million won. I was briefly shocked, but I guess it included the back-and-under canthoplasty... Still, it is expensive... Looking at the before-and-after photos from another review site, it doesn't seem that pretty, so I'm torn. Maybe because all the review photos are from one month after surgery? They look swollen. Well, if I assume the reviews aren't retouched, I guess it's okay. There was no pressure to write a review. Ah, but I want to see review photos from about a year after double-eyelid surgery, and it's hard to find them. That part is bothering me a bit. I think I'll keep comparing other places and think about it more.
