First of all, they said I did not need the functional nose surgery that another hospital had recommended. The manager was very kind, and the doctor was kind too, so the consultation felt comfortable. They took a long time to listen and answered my questions well, but it felt less like they were saying what would be best for my nose and more like they could do it the way I wanted, giving me all the choice. There were comments that the director did not have a great aesthetic sense, but I am not sure. For people who have a very specific shape in mind, it seems they will try to make it as close as possible if you bring a reference and show them.
