I liked that they were clear and said firmly when something was not possible. Because there was no sense of being pushed into something unreasonable, I actually trusted them more. They also tried to explain my questions in as much detail as possible and answered each question kindly one by one. I also liked that they did not just talk about one method, but presented several opinions and directions together, which let me compare and think things through. Overall, the consultation atmosphere was a bit stiff, but it was still a good consultation because I could ask everything I wanted without feeling pressured.
