I underwent Megaderm cartilage binding. I did it to correct a bulbous nose, and I was satisfied for one year, but after that the tip got even bigger. Later, my revision-surgery costs went up, and every surgeon I consulted criticized me for putting Megaderm on a bulbous nose, saying the doctor had no conscience. If you are not dealing with a bulbous nose and already have a high bridge but only want the tip to look higher, this surgery may suit you well. But if you have a bulbous nose, I would strongly advise against it. If I had visited other clinics instead of only doing the rounds there, this is a surgery I absolutely could have avoided. For your first surgery, please be careful, research several hospitals, and go only after comparing thoroughly T_T
