Right after the surgery, and even during aftercare, I never got to see the director’s face even once, and I never even heard an explanation about the surgery. The only time the manager was kind was when I first got the estimate. When I asked questions before the surgery after placing the deposit, or after the surgery, they were so rude that I was shocked. I asked about the operation politely, but they still seemed irritated (I was not saying they should take responsibility or anything like that). It has been a long time since the surgery, and of course the effect I wanted is completely absent, and the scar is far too large. None of the things I asked them to be careful about during surgery were followed.... Not a single thing the doctor confidently said would turn out that way improved... In the end, I regret it. I regret the rhinoplasty and the tissue harvesting too. I paid a not-insignificant amount, but if someone saw this, they would think I was the one who got paid.
