I made a reservation and came in for a consultation, and it was nice that the inside was spacious and relaxed. They repeatedly adjusted the line on my eyes while focusing on comparing it with the shape of the eye photo I wanted, so it was easy to understand the pros and cons depending on height, and easy to decide on a line that suited my eyes better.
The consultation was not long, but they also asked additional questions I was curious about, and they explained professionally how to approach reoperation on the eyes, why ptosis correction was needed, and even what my eyes would look like if the line were lowered without ptosis correction, which helped me understand.
