I went to Itsbe for a consultation and estimate because I was thinking about functional rhinoplasty. First of all, the explanation was kind and I could feel they were making an effort to help me understand, so that was nice. They did talk about cartilage, and from my perspective, since this would be my first surgery, I preferred a place that did not use a lot of different materials. I visited other clinics too, and this one seemed the most extreme in that regard. They also seemed to favor a more flashy look, though maybe that is just how all private clinics are. I hope this helps as a reference. The fact that a lot of the cost is covered by insurance is also a plus~
