Nose Surgery Reviews

Two months after a short-nose revision with full autologous costal cartilage!

After my first nose surgery, repeated inflammation led me to have revision surgery and even remove the nasal bridge implant, but the pain came back and it felt like I still hadn't fully recovered, so I decided on one final nose revision. I found the clinic through a plastic surgery app event banner, and after reading the reviews I hesitated because the price was on the high side, but the nose design looked much more natural than at other hospitals, and I was drawn to how much autologous tissue they use. After the consultation, they recommended a sliced costal cartilage method for me. After removing the ear cartilage and septal cartilage that had been inside my nose, I had a revision plan that included sliced costal cartilage for the nasal bridge, autologous costal cartilage for the tip, correction for the short nose, lowering the columella, and rectus fascia. It has now been two months since the revision surgery, and I am very satisfied because the shape is not too flat, but still elegant and suits my face well. I am so grateful to Director Kim Hyeonju!
