Now I don’t need to reduce the nose when refining it...

My nasal bridge was decent enough to begin with, since it was the kind of masculine-looking nose that would not stand out too much, so I was thinking of using no implant as my top choice. For the tip, my first choice was septal cartilage, but after going through consultations and hearing the material explanations, I felt that autologous costal cartilage was the material that suited me best, so I used autologous costal cartilage for the tip. No regrets. Also, I had thought some materials were not great and others were automatically good, but it turns out the right material is different for each person, and the key is to find that material well and get surgery with it. Still, they would not keep using bad materials forever; if there were no demand, they would not use them, right? lol For me, ear cartilage was the material I wanted to avoid the most... haha. I heard the ear can get left looking ragged, so I wanted to avoid it, but luckily I had some degree of skin thickness, and I was told that if I wanted the line I had in mind, autologous costal cartilage would be better, so I ended up deciding on no implant + autologous costal cartilage. The part I worried about the most was a masculine-looking nose with a high, thick bridge and a low tip, and I kept wondering how that could be fixed. (But honestly, even if I worried, I would not know the answer.) So I just looked at before-and-after photos, and if the original nose looked similar to mine, I threw it onto my list. I narrowed the consultations down and only visited two places, and hearing the specialist explain things directly really felt different from searching online, for real. Everyone here, if you are just curious about something, try choosing a hospital with no consultation fee and just go for a consultation. It sounds a bit funny to call it a surgery plan, haha, but roughly I could figure out what to look at when choosing a hospital, and it became easier to understand the line, materials, and so on that would suit me. I really only went to consultations for the place where I would actually get surgery, so I do wonder what it would have been like if I had gone around lightly before the serious legwork stage; I do feel a little regret. But now I am satisfied with having only smoothed the bridge bone and raised just the tip, so if I had gone to many places and gotten many estimates, I might have ended up confused... lol. I am so easily swayed It has been about 4 months since my surgery, I think? By now I have fully adapted to my operated nose, and whenever I look at photos from before the surgery, I am truly shocked... I am just going to live believing that this newly born nose was my original nose. I think that is better for my mental health... haha. And the best part after surgery is that, even though I only had my nose done, my overall impression became more feminine! Before, even feminine clothes did not suit me, so I always dressed in oversized, hip-style outfits, but since this spring I have been hoarding feminine clothes... ㅇㅇㅂㄹ, all those soft, cozy cardigan styles are mine ^^ hahaha
