I had surgery in February at [Clinic A], a plastic surgery clinic in Seomyeon, for deviated septum and rhinitis, using no implant! I had wanted this done for years because I hated my dorsal hump and my wide nasal tip, so I searched very hard, took a PPT showing the lines I wanted and the lines I disliked, and showed everything to them. Since this was a surgery I only wanted to do once, I went around to many places, but this was the one where the director seemed most trustworthy and the lines matched what I wanted, so I decided to go ahead.
A tip for choosing a clinic: if you look at review photos, there are lines that certain doctors tend to produce well, so it may help to check whether that matches your face. When I had the surgery, I heard the sound of the bone being broken, and later on I could even hear the doctor humming along to music. I was so scared even before anesthesia that I held a stuffed toy they gave me and went through with it. After the surgery, when I first came out, I was fine! The hard part was from night time until day 3. I worried a lot, so I kept searching Naver all day long.
Also, since I live in another region, I had to take a bus back after three days and was not feeling well, so I booked a nearby hotel for about a week. I felt nauseous and like I might vomit, so I rushed to the hospital from the hotel, and the nurses guided me so kindly. I emphasized to the doctor that I wanted a line that would not age badly and would look as natural as possible. I also would not have posted a review if I had been unhappy, but now, 3 months after surgery, I am extremely satisfied... T_T Rather than paying a high price and getting overdone treatment somewhere else in Busan Seomyeon, I recommend doing it here!! The only thing is that the consultation time is not very long, so it would be better to bring photos of the lines you want before surgery!! I had a very clear idea of what I wanted, and they really understood it properly, and I feel the surgical skill is excellent!!!
