I had surgery for a bulbous nose, osteotomy, silicone bridge, and septal cartilage for the nose tip, and I did not have much bruising or swelling after surgery, so it did not interfere with daily life. It has been 8 months since my nose surgery, and I no longer have nasal congestion or any foreign-body sensation inside my nose. The nose tip has not dropped, and the scar is now barely visible, so I am very satisfied. I pursued a natural look, so I love how the swelling has gone down and the nose looks now.
