I had a proportionally long midface. Part of it was that my features made my face look long, but because I also had a bottle nose, I hated that it looked like a swollen nose... I also really hated how my face looked broad and how the line was uneven, so I had both surgeries together! Since I had contouring surgery and nose surgery at the same time... I really loved how my face looked more defined and slimmer too. I brought Winter photos to show them for my nose, and it seems to have come out as a thin, elegant, high nose, right? It used to look a bit puffy, but now the shape has come together nicely and it feels like it suits me while also being higher, so I wanted to share the photos! The director was an ENT specialist, and I decided because his aesthetic sense seemed so good. Only donated costal cartilage was used, so it was done as a no-implant nose surgery! It has been a few months now since I have been satisfied with both my face and my nose haha. The nose shape seems to be holding up well too, which is a relief! Even though only the tip was done, I’m just so happy that the surgery turned out exactly the way I wanted
