Hello, I am planning nose and eye surgery! I can take time off for about 17 days including the holiday period if I schedule the nose and eye surgery before the holiday, and then I have to go back to work. After the 17th day, I’ll work for 5 days, and then someone will cover for me for about another week, so the work itself is just cleaning-related. I’ll be moving around, cleaning a bit while bent over, and if there are any heavy things, I lift them for a moment here and there. I’m wondering whether exercise or this kind of work is possible after the second week!! If anyone has done work that uses the body this much, or tried exercising after surgery, could you share your experience?!
I can rest for 17 days from the surgery date, and after that I’ll work for 5 days and then rest again for about a week. With that schedule, after day 29, once I’m almost past a month, will exercise, this kind of work, and everyday life be fine?
I’m planning to have nose surgery using autologous costal cartilage and natural adhesion surgery for the eyes!
