I am someone who has had 5 surgeries in total: double-eyelid surgery with incision and ptosis correction 4 times, and upper epicanthoplasty once... Out of the 4 double-eyelid surgeries, 3 times both sides loosened (my eyelids are very thick), and especially my right eye was small and loosened easily, so I had revision surgery; once I had revision surgery only on the right eye. For the upper epicanthoplasty, my right eye became small again and opening my eyes felt uncomfortable, so [Clinic A] recommended upper epicanthoplasty and I had it done only on the right side, but in the end my eye got small again (upper epicanthoplasty did not change much and ruined the eye line, so I do not recommend it).
So after living with stress for 1 year and 6 months, I went to [Clinic A], recommended by my wife's friend. It is near Gangnam Station, so it was far from home, but easy to find. My old clinic was also around Gangnam Station, but because the exits were different it felt a bit unfamiliar.
I went in for the consultation with my wife around 9:30 in the morning, and because there were many comments in the community saying the director was a bit unfriendly, I was worried. But he was more kind than I expected. He did seem a bit busy though. When you go here, the doctor seems a little busy, so I end up getting a bit flustered too. So I recommend writing your questions down in advance (he answers questions kindly).
On the other hand, he only answered the questions I asked, so if you do not have questions, he may think you already know everything and end the consultation, so bring as many questions as possible!!!
Anyway, I already set a date to do it here, but my right eye loosens very easily and the bony structure on the right side itself is smaller, so I was born with a smaller eye. I told the director all of these things one by one. If you match the line to the left side and the right side, the right eye always gets smaller, so when doing the right eye, please make it a bit bigger than the left... I am also worried that only the right side will get bigger and create asymmetry again, but so far, after 5 eye surgeries... whenever the line is matched exactly to the left side, the right side is always smaller, so maybe this is right after all...
