I had nostril reduction and alar base reduction together at Miho, and it was neatly refined in a natural way, so I'm satisfied.At first, when I smiled, the nostril area felt a little tight, which was a bit awkward, but that also went away with time.There is almost no discomfort in daily life, and I don't have to worry about it when making expressions or smiling.Even now, when I look in the mirror or take photos, it looks much more natural.The scar still doesn't feel like it's fully faded yet, but since it's not a very noticeable area to begin with, makeup covers it well, so it's fine.It doesn't show as much as I thought it would, so I haven't been too worried.When I go out with makeup on, people around me don't say anything about the scar at all.I only had nostril and alar base reduction, but people around me asked if I had even raised the bridge from the start?The surprising thing is that once the nostrils were refined, the overall line of my nose looked much clearer.Every time I get questions like that, I'm glad I chose the right hospital, and what I like most is that the change is overall not excessive and looks natural!!
