It's been 4 years since my nose surgery, and I feel like the silicone is becoming visible? And the tip has become way too pointed... It was always a upturned nose, but if I remove the silicone, will it go back to my original nose? Honestly, I don't want it to return completely to my original nose, but I hope that even if the height goes down after removing the silicone, the shape will still be pretty. I don't have any inflammation or discomfort besides scar tissue (or maybe cartilage), and I just don't like the silicone showing!! Is that level considered really visible..? What should I do if I want it the way I want it? Is there a way?
