1-month review of contouring 3 procedures! It’s already been a month since I had all 3 contouring procedures. Time really seems to pass faster than I expected, lol. Around the one-month mark, the big swelling that made my face look puffy at the beginning has gone down a lot, and I can feel my facial line gradually settling in. There’s still some residual swelling, but every time I look in the mirror I can tell it’s definitely different from the start. I can eat most foods now without much trouble. Eating was something I had to be careful about in the early recovery period, but now there’s almost no problem with meals in daily life. It’s not like there are zero uncomfortable things yet. When I smile, the cheek area still pulls a little and my lip movement doesn’t feel completely natural, and there’s also a slight foreign-body feeling because of the internal scar tissue in my mouth. Still, I can feel it improving little by little over time, so I’m not too worried. The sensation hasn’t returned to 100% yet either, but it doesn’t interfere with daily life at all, so I think recovery is going well. The clinic also said it would take about 3 more months for the swelling to fully go down and settle, so I’m trying not to feel impatient either. Even in just one month there’s been quite a bit of change, and I’m really curious and excited to see how much more the line will refine over the next 2 to 3 months. I’ve been getting follow-up care regularly too, and I’m satisfied because the clinic checks my progress and handles aftercare carefully. I can ask questions right away whenever I’m curious, and they’ve kept paying close attention to the recovery process, which has made me feel mentally at ease as well. It’s not the final result yet, but so far I’m satisfied and recovering well. For anyone worrying about contouring, I recommend not rushing just by looking at the one-month mark and waiting at least 3 to 6 months with some breathing room. I’m going to keep watching mine with anticipation for how naturally it settles during the rest of the recovery period :)

It’s one of the common factory-style procedure clinics, but the facilities are clean, the wait times are short, and the location is good, so I visited a few times. The prices don’t seem super cheap, but they also don’t seem expensive, and…

First of all, the manager who saw me was insanely kind. I had been to many consultations, but that was the first time I had met a manager that kind. I think that manager played a big part in why I decided on this hospital!! I had heard the
