Nose Surgery Reviews

Review of Bulbous Nose + Hump Correction / [Clinic A]

The reason I first decided on surgery was that my nose was low and short, so it looked too small, and when seen from the front, a lot of my nostrils showed, which made my overall impression look flat, so I decided to have surgery. Among many hospitals, I chose [Clinic A] because it had quite a lot of male reviews, and I saw before-and-after photos of someone with a nose shape similar to my natural nose who had surgery there, and it seemed like they did exactly the straight nose shape I wanted, so I chose that hospital. The surgery included the tip of the nose (autologous costal cartilage), the bridge (silicone), and correction for a deviated septum. Before surgery, I was worried because my nasal bridge was low and my nose was very short, so I explained those points, and I feel they addressed them well, so I am satisfied. Also, because they made it so naturally, there were people around me who could not tell I had surgery unless they looked closely at my nose, and friends who noticed said it turned out well. What was disappointing, though, was that because it is a one-doctor clinic, the doctor was so busy that I waited 40 minutes longer than my consultation appointment time, and on the day of surgery I had only a short consultation, and after the nose surgery that day I could not see the doctor, probably because he was busy, and I only saw him when the splint was removed a week later. That part was disappointing, but in the end I think the results came out well.
