I have a wide, rounded nose tip, and I had Elsco done without thinking. Later I heard it could cause inflammation, so while removing it, I also had autologous dermis work done at a famous place, with autologous dermis on the bridge and cartilage at the tip (sorry for the gross look because of the pen marks and fixation threads in the photo). I have only done fillers before, so this was my first nose surgery It is day 2, so right now it feels very swollen and thick, but once the swelling goes down, it will probably look a bit slimmer...?
