After nose surgery, are there many cases where the columella looks more prominent..? It was a part I had never paid any attention to before, but when I smile, the columella is fixed so sharply? that the nose also looks longer and weird T_T It has been 3 months, and from the columella to the nasal tip it is completely hard.
