I still haven’t decided on lower blepharoplasty, but if I get lower blepharoplasty and fat grafting, will it be really noticeable when I go back to work 6 days later? Or if I only get lower blepharoplasty, would it be possible to go back to work after 6 days without it being noticeable? I want it to show as little as possible
