The front view was a problem, and from the side the dorsal hump stuck out too much, so I looked into rhinoplasty without an implant and went for a consultation. My nose also looked a bit long, and I wanted to raise the tip, but I did not want it to look obviously operated on, so I wanted to go somewhere that would match my needs as closely as possible. I visited four clinics for consultations. I passed on two because they felt a bit overdone. One place had a good consultation, but the conversation kept turning toward an open approach, so I passed on that too. Here, they said a closed approach was possible and pinpointed exactly the things I wanted to fix, so I went ahead with it. On day 3 after the surgery, the swelling was at its peak, so I wondered if it had become too high, but as the swelling went down, it gradually started to suit my face better T_T If the residual swelling fully goes away, it should be perfect?? The stretched-looking columella also improved, and from the aesthetic line to the tip, removing the hump made the nose look much more feminine T_T T_T T_T
