5-month review of bridge and tip surgery (short nose, bulbous nose surgery)

This is my 5-month review after surgery with Director Nam Min-hwa at Yerom Plastic Surgery~ I had thick skin, a short nasal tip, and a big bulbous nose~ I also had acne-prone skin, so my skin texture was bumpy too~ I wanted to improve my short, large bulbous nose while keeping it natural, so I went to consultations at several places, and everyone recommended either donor rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage after looking at my nose~ I wanted surgery using only my own cartilage, and I did not want to use autologous costal cartilage for my first surgery, but Director Nam Min-hwa at Yerom Plastic Surgery said it would be possible by using the cartilage inside the nose and ear cartilage, two types of cartilage~ What I wanted was a natural result that would also correct my short, large nasal tip, and while consulting with the director, she clearly pinpointed my needs and explained the natural structure of my nose, its problems, and facial harmony, so I felt this clinic was definitely different from the others~ The result makes me so satisfied~~ It has been 5 months now, and the major swelling has gone down. She said that while it varies from person to person, the remaining swelling will go down more~ My friends' reaction was not "Did you get nose surgery?" but "Why do you look so much prettier lately?" And when I told them I had nose surgery, they said it came out so naturally and well, so I've been having very happy days~ The director is a female doctor with many years of experience, so I trusted her with it, and as expected, she has great aesthetic sense, so after surgery I feel like I became exactly the kind of pretty girl I aim for~
