Double Eyelid Buried-Suture Revision, Non-Incisional Lower Canthoplasty

This was a revision eye surgery, a buried-suture revision, and in the photo I only had non-incisional posterior-lower canthoplasty on the left eye! My eyes were originally done from semi-out > semi-out, but maybe because of the swelling, they still look like an out-line!! In the photo, the right eye is bigger, so I was debating whether to do canthoplasty on both sides to match them, but my original eyes were already big, so I worried it might become excessive and only did one side. It looks natural. When I went for the consultation, they told me that if I wanted the effect of posterior canthoplasty, I should do an incisional canthoplasty rather than non-incisional canthoplasty, but after thinking about it, I chose non-incisional because I wanted it to look natural. If you want something natural, I recommend non-incisional!

Compared to week 2, the swelling has definitely gone down a lot!

The photos are before surgery > week 2 > one month, and it has now been one month since surgery.   But it still looks like an out-line and the eyes look uneven, so I went to the clinic, and they said it will even out once the swelling goes down. Since it is buried-suture, they said they can easily re-correct it if I want, so I feel relieved!! For the canthoplasty, I only did the left eye in the photo with a non-incisional method, but I’m debating whether to redo it with an incisional method.
