I had my first eye surgery with buried sutures around April 2020, right? But as time went by, it kept loosening again;; Every time one side loosened, the stress was seriously no joke, so this time I wanted to get exactly the style I wanted, properly and with no compromises... I had a very specific style in mind for my revision surgery: a glamorous semi-out line like Wonyoung’s eyes! You know how tricky that is, right? If it’s too much, it turns into sausage eyes, and if it’s too low, it doesn’t feel semi-out, so choosing a hospital was honestly the hardest thing in the world T_T
After visiting a bunch of places, I went for a consultation with Dr. Hwang In-seok at ID, and he immediately picked up on the exact look I wanted. He explained how, based on my eye structure, we could make it glamorous and still pull it into a semi-out line, and I instantly felt a lot of trust!! So I booked right away and went ahead with revision surgery using non-incisional ptosis correction~~
I’ve been monitoring it after surgery, and the line is definitely different from my first surgery from the start (so moved). It keeps the glamorous feeling while pulling out cleanly into a semi-out line, so my eyes look much sharper and more defined T_T T_T It really gives me the Wonyoung vibe I wanted >////< The semi-out line came out exactly right, so these days I actually enjoy looking in the mirror T_T I was a bit worried since it was non-incisional, but it looks like the doctor really shaped the line beautifully!!
There must be a lot of people like me whose buried sutures came loose and are thinking about eye revision surgery, but if you want a semi-out line, make sure you clearly say the look you want when you go for a consultation, and definitely check whether you and the doctor are on the same page. I really think it was the right choice to go to Dr. Hwang In-seok. The swelling is still going down little by little, but once it settles more, I think these will really become my dream eyes.. haha
