Nose Surgery Reviews

I want a prettier nose and to get rid of rhinitis too!!

After the first surgery, the septum was used to raise the tip of my nose, and since then the septum had bent almost into an S shape. The rhinitis that only used to come during seasonal changes became so severe that I couldn't sleep without a rhinitis spray every day of the year So I looked mainly for hospitals that would help with both cosmetic nose surgery to raise the tip again and functional nose surgery to address rhinitis and sinusitis. I wanted more dimensionality than I have now, and to solve the blunt look, I wanted to improve the tip of my nose much more than the bridge. I looked up a lot of reviews, and Highend seemed to lift the tip the most, so I got a consultation here. The director said that because it was a crooked nose with a dorsal hump, osteotomy would be needed, and that if I wanted to improve the tip, autologous costal cartilage would probably be best. After just doing the nose, the overall mood seems to have changed a lot too, and I even think I should have done it sooner if I had known it would turn out like this. First of all, the shape of my nostrils from the front is so different now. My long nose look is gone. It also had a nostril-reduction effect. I was very worried about pain because autologous costal cartilage was used, but I went back to work just two days after surgery.. From day 4 onward I was just running around and bouncing everywhere lol. I really felt that lifting the tip of the nose improved so many things The shape already looks perfect, so if I add shading it actually makes it look more unnatural, so I am letting go of nose makeup.
