They did a 3D CT scan and checked it. I had surgery 3 and a half years ago, and septal cartilage and silicone were used. They said the tip of my nose was raised higher than before the surgery, so there could be contracture. So they said that after removal, although the probability is low, it could rise even more than it is now. But they said they would perform the surgery aiming to restore my original nose ^^ They said that in most cases, after surgery, it returns to being similar to the original nose. But since they could not promise that in my case, I feel uneasy. I already made a surgery reservation because I wanted full removal, but now I am worried because they said the nose could rise higher. The director explained the things I was curious about well, even if a bit bluntly, and the nurses were very kind. The full removal would be 5.5 million won, and 5 million won if I allowed photo publication. At GYS, they said they would lower the nose with alar reverse rotation grafting. I wanted complete removal, and S is my first choice, but I am torn.
