This is my 3-month review after having nose surgery with autologous tissue and no implant at Obli Plastic Surgery (ear cartilage, septal cartilage) plus cosmetic nose work for a bulbous nose, long nose, hump bridge refinement, nostrils and columella, and osteotomy~! My original nose had a hump, and my eyebrows were thick and my facial contours were quite bony, so my features looked very sharp and it stressed me out. T_T And because the tip of my nose was round, I felt self-conscious every time I took photos, so it seemed like all I could see was my nose. In the end, I looked into nose surgery because I wanted to shave down and lower the bumpy bridge and make the tip more refined, and I went ahead with an implant-free surgery at Obli! I thought there was almost no swelling even at the 1-month mark, but now that it has been 3 months, the whole nose has gotten a bit smaller, and the tip swelling has gone down more, so the previously bulky tip seems sharper now. lol The scar tissue inside my nose has also gone down a lot, so I think it may disappear completely by around the 6-month mark. The area behind the ear that I was worried about at first is almost invisible and is hidden by shadows and my hair, so it does not show at all~!! Even the nostrils that became symmetrical after surgery are still symmetrical without any distortion. haha If you want natural-looking nose surgery without implants, I recommend Dr. Kim at Obli Plastic Surgery.
